The City Government Of Pasay, Through The Continuing Appropriations, Supplemental Budget No. 4 Cy2023 As Per Ordinance No. 6288, Series 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php30,999,400.00), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery And Installation Of 586 Units Airconditioning Units, Window-type, 2hp For Distribution To Elementary, Secondary And Special Schools – Department Of Education (deped) Pasay City Division, Pasay City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Pasay, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Expected Completion Of Delivery For The Said Project Is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
