The City Government Of Pasay, Through The Special Education Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Eight Million Three Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 68,347,650.00), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Lot Various Drugs & Medicines (vitamin + Mineral) For The 4th Qtr Cy2024 Requirement Of Deped Pasay City Division For Distribution To Elementary, Secondary And Special Schools And Barangay Day Care Centers. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Pasay, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Expected Completion Of Delivery For The Said Project Is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
