The City Government Of Navotas, Through C I T Y A P P R O P R I A T I O N O R D I N A N C E N O . 2 0 2 4 – 26 , Intends To Apply The Sum One Million Seven Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 1,776,500.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Etofenprox Under Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund ((ldrrmf) Requested By The City Health Office (pin 2024-12-150). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 15 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Approved Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4.
