The City Government Of Navotas, Through City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-26, Intends To Apply The Sum Of  Lot 1 – Construction Of Prinza At Masipag Street Brgy. Tanza 1, Navotas City (pin 2025-01-001) / Abc Php 1,014,786.98  Lot 2 – Construction Of Prinza At Milflores And Chungkang Street, Brgy. Tanza 2, Navotas City (pin 2025-01-002) / Abc Php 3,270,029.43  Lot 3 – Construction Of Prinza At Takino Street, Brgy. Bangkulasi, Navotas City (pin 2025-01-003) / Abc Php 922,298.11  Lot 4 – Construction Of Prinza At Babanse Street, Brgy. Nbbs Kaunlaran, Navotas City (pin 2025-01-004) / Abc Php 2,500,098.01  Lot 5 – Construction Of Prinza At Mamale Street, Brgy. Nbbs Dagat-dagatan, Navotas City (pin 2025-01-005) / Abc Php 2,500,098.01 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required  Lot 1 – 30 Calendar Days  Lot 2 – 60 Calendar Days  Lot 3 - 30 Calendar Days  Lot 4 – 60 Calendar Days  Lot 5 – 60 Calendar Days Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
