Description Invitation To Bid For Construction Of Super Health Center Phase 2 At Ayungin Street Barangay Nbbs-kaunlaran, Navotas City 1. The City Government Of Navotas, Through Utilization Of Trust Fund From Department Of Health – Metro Manila Center For Health Development (doh-mmchd) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos (php 5,000,000.00), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Super Health Center Phase 2 At Ayungin Street Barangay Nbbs-kaunlaran, Navotas City (pin 2024-09-123). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
