The City Government Of Navotas, Through Local School Board Resolution No. 18-2023 (cy-2024 Annual Budget), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos (php 5,230,280.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Printing And Publication Expenses (modules For Kinder/grade 1) For The Use Of Schools Division Office (pin 2024-03-038). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Navotas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 1. Delivery Of The Sample Slms – Within 7 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of P.o.; 2. Delivery Of Sample Printed Slms For Approval Of Mass Printing – Within 7 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Sample Printed Slms For Approval; 3. Checking Of The Sample Printed Slms For Approval Of Mass Printing – Within 3 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Sample Printed Slms; 4. Actual Delivery Of The Slms To The Recipient Schools – Within 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Sample Printed Slms.
