The City Government Of Isabela, Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety One Pesos And Ten Centavos (php10,868,791.10) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Covered Court At Barangay Carbon, Isabela City, Basilan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Covered Court At Barangay Carbon, Isabela City, Basilan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
