The City Government Of Isabela, Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixty Five Pesos And Eighty Three Centavos (php3,939,165.83) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Diki, Isabela City, Basilan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Barangay Hall At Barangay Diki, Isabela City, Basilan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
