Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Samar Catbalogan City Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Goods 2024-045 Supply And Delivery Of Customized Bags To Include School Supplies, Catbalogan City 1. The City Government Of Catbalogan, Through The Cy 2024 Cpydo (ordinance No. 2024-008) Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Eight Hundred Pesos (p9,800,000.00) Only. Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Goods 2024-045 Supply And Delivery Of Customized Bags To Include School Supplies. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Catbalogan, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty -five (25) Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
