The City Government Of Catbalogan, Through The 2024 20% Development Fund, 2024 20% (ordinance No. 2024-008), Non-office (ordinance No. 2022-097), 2020 20% (ordinance No. 2022-097) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Million Nine Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-two Pesos And 68/100 Centavos (p70,905,272.68) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Infra-2024-040. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Catbalogan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, Completion Of The Works Is Required Five Hundred Ninety Four (594) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
