The City Government Of Catbalogan, Through The General Fund (ordinance No. 2024-008) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p4,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Infra 2024-015. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
