The bid capacity required in the given tender is calculated using the formula: Available Bid capacity = 2 x A x N - B Where, A = Average Audited (Annual) Turnover for last Three financial years (Excluding GST and any other Taxes) N = No. of years prescribed for Completion of the work B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of Completion of work. The available bid capacity should be more than the Cost put to the Bid (For item rate percentage bid) / block estimated cost worked out by the department (for lump sum bid) of the work. Additionally, the bidder must meet the experience criteria, which includes having successfully completed works of similar nature with specific cost thresholds, and have a working capital of more than ₹56.07 Lakhs. The experience-based bid capacity can be calculated as follows: - For option (a): 80% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST) - For option (b): 50% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST) - For option (c): 40% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST) Given the cost put to the bid is ₹2,24,25,008.07 (excluding GST), the required experience-based bid capacity is: - For option (a): ₹1,79,400,006.56 - For option (b): ₹1,12,12,504.035 - For option (c): ₹89,700,003.228
