The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of work of Operation & maintenance of STP during the last 10 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 198.58 Lakhs (excluding GST) - OR two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 124.12 Lakhs (excluding GST) - OR three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 99.28 Lakhs (excluding GST) In case of work completion certificate issued by Limited company/ Private Limited company, 50% valuation of operation and maintenance cost will be considered. The value of works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average Audited (Annual) Turnover of at least 30% of the Cost Put to the Bid, which is ` 74.47 Lakhs. The bidder should also provide details of the work, including the name of the work, contract value, executed value of work, date of start, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, present status of work, and authority/department. The bidder should also provide a list of works and their magnitude, executed in the last Seven (07) years, along with work completion certificates. Experience certificates submitted for maintenance of Sewer lines, Sewerage Systems, Sewage Pump House, Water Treatment Plant are considered, but those not involving Treatment processes for Sewage Treatment Plant are not taken into account.
