Contract notice: framework agreement on local e-inclusion and digital literacy: access, skills, policies and digibanks (bis) The contract must lead to a (non-exclusive) framework agreement with several suppliers for the widespread supply and exploitation of all necessary elements for the development of a local e-inclusion policy as described in the flemish resilience calls everyone digital (minister somers ) and digibanks (minister crevits). this command is in addition to the csmrtincl22 command from which 3 lots could not be allocated.A validated e-inclusion accessibility check maps the current accessibility of local digital services from an organization-wide scope and provides suggestions for improvement. the resulting suggestions can be remedied step-by-step and in a result-oriented manner, for example via an e-inclusion action plan and through the transversal focus of the local e-inclusion policy plan.Equal access to digital technology through the (conditional) provision of software, laptops, screens and other hardware and their support in a specific context (e.G. via a lending service) is a focus within the call for digibanks and a critical success factor for an effective e-inclusion policy and the real closing of the digital divide. the lending service is also required to provide conditional access to digital technologies (and more possibilities for use) for the target group, as specified in the call digibanken. this lot is aimed at setting up and operating (or facilitating) a local lending service of ict materials and associated software. the awarded partner will be responsible for the purchase, installation, distribution, maintenance and processing of ict materials and for the operation or facilitation of the local lending service where these are made available. ict materials used is a special added value. cooperation with the social economy is a sustainable recommendation in this regard.
