The Council's Playing Pitch & Outdoor Sport Strategy (draft 2023 - To Be Adopted 2024) Identifies A Shortfall Of Two Third Generation Artificial Grass (3g) Pitches Within The Crewe Area, This Project Will Help To Reduce This Shortfall. The Scope Is For The Provision Of A Football Development Partner For King George V Playing Field, Crewe. Following Initial Feasibility Works, There Appears To Be Scope, Subject To The Relevant Consents Being Obtained, To Develop A 3g Pitch With Associated Ancillary Facilities On The Site. The Estimated Contract Value Above Is Based On A Concession Value.
