The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Design & Construction of Grade Separator, Flyover, Road Bridge, Railway Bridge, Metro Bridge, or Elevated Corridor works in urban areas. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor, with specific experience in construction of Grade Separator, Flyover, Road Bridge, Railway Bridge, Metro Bridge, or Elevated Corridor works with a superstructure. The required value of similar works completed is as follows: - One work of value INR 80 Crores or above - Or, two works each of value INR 50 Crores or above - Or, three works each of value INR 40 Crores or above For evaluating the value of the contract, the total contract value, including taxes will be considered. The term ‘substantially completed’ means that an ongoing work in which payments received (excluding Price Variation & GST) / awarded contract amount (excluding GST) should be more than 80%. The bidder should submit documentation evidence indicating the percentage (%) derived from the above formulae or Chartered Accountant certified document indicating the above percentage (%) along with extracts of Contract Agreement and latest certified bill. Completion of works shall be evidenced by submission of copy of end-user certificates such as Taking-over Certificates or work Completion Certificates or performance certificates.
