In the catering kitchen, some of the devices must be supplied with gas, and the exhaust gases are discharged outside via a ventilation system provided by the ventilation department. For this, the gas installation must be secured with solenoid valves. Hot water preparation takes place via heating cartridges and several heat pumps. Heat pump and central hot water preparation for the catering section and hot water preparation for outdoor showers. Emptying of drinking water pipes must be ensured by the route of the pipes through a drainage shaft.
