Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works during the last 07 years. The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. A substantially completed work is defined as an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made, with a cost component of at least 30% of the advertised cost of the tender. For composite works, the experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Additionally, for subcontractors, they must have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 35% of the value of work to be subletted in the last 5 years, unless the work to be subletted is up to Rs 50 lakh.
