Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. This average annual contractual turnover should be calculated as an average of the total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, based on the audited balance sheet. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years, which include: 1. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The work experience should be in the nature of Electrification / Rewiring of Service building or residential building / Yard / HT / LT substation work / HT / LT cable work / Street lighting / platform or building lighting management / circulating area lighting / Electrical overhead power supply work / Electrical pump work etc., and carried out in Central Government departments or State Government departments, or Central government PSUs or State Government PSUs, or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
