The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of Eligible Projects, with specific requirements for different categories. The bidder should have experience across different categories, with weights assigned to each category. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience in self-construction of Eligible Projects with estimated capital costs exceeding a specified amount. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have construction experience on Eligible Projects with payments received exceeding a specified amount. The bidder should have a minimum Net Worth and should have completed similar works with a value of at least 10% of the Estimated Project Cost. The bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has executed construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than 2.5 times the Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs 570.14 Crores. At least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capacity shall be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The bidder shall have completed or substantially completed at least one Eligible Project of Railway Sector of value not less than 35% of the Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs 79.82 Crores. In case of Consortium/Joint Venture, the other members shall have completed or substantially completed at least one Eligible Project of Railway Sector of value not less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost. The bidder should have received payments for not less than 75% of the present Contract Value payment for 'procurement of goods and equipment' as well as 'execution/installation/commissioning'. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed work with payment equal to or more than 75% of the present contract value, excluding payment made for adjustment of Price variation. The bidder should have experience of Railway Sector works, with the value of estimated electrification work. The bidder should have received payment for the aforesaid construction works, with the total estimated capital cost of the project being mentioned. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 10% of the Estimated Project Cost - 35% of the Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs 79.82 Crores - 75% of the present Contract Value payment - Rs 570.14 Crores as the Estimated Project Cost - Rs 79.82 Crores as 35% of the Estimated Project Cost - 2.5 times the Estimated Project Cost - 5% of the Estimated Project Cost as the minimum Net Worth, which is Rs. 11.40 crore.
