Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The specific values are: - 30% of the advertised value, which is 9255356.43, for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value, which is 12340475.24, for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value, which is 18510712.81, for one similar work. Similar work is defined as any civil engineering work involving construction of bridges, foot over bridges, sheds, cover-over platforms, workshops, etc., with a cost component of at least 30% of the advertised cost of the tender. Substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor.
