The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, for works costing more than Rs. 10 crore to Rs. 20 crore, the contractor needs to deploy a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience for the position of Project Manager.
