The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific experience requirements for certain staff positions: - Wireman: at least 5 years experience in the line. - Mechanic: at least 5 years experience in the maintenance and installation of various types of air-conditioning/Refrigeration appliance. - Operator (E&M): at least 5 years experience in running maintenance and knowledge of DG Set/ Pumps/ Lifts. For example: - For Comprehensive Maintenance of Lifts: two similar works each of value not less than 60% or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the Running Operation of Lift cost. - For Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Fire alarm, Fire fighting, Down comer System and Water Supply Pump Set: three similar works each of value not less than 40%, two similar works each of value not less than 60%, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the SH-F cost. - For SH-D (Running Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of DG Sets): three similar works each of value not less than 40%, two similar works each of value not less than 60%, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the Running Operation of DG Sets cost. - For SH-E (Running Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of Lift): three similar works each of value not less than 40%, two similar works each of value not less than 60%, or one similar work of value not less than 80% of the Running Operation of Lift cost. - For works with estimated cost put to tender not more than Rs. 25 lakh and more than Rs. 25 lakh, specific requirements are mentioned but the values are not available as they are marked as N.A.
