The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works within the last 7 years ending on the last date of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. For various components, the similar works and their corresponding values and percentages are as follows: - For Internal Electrical installations: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of Estimated Cost, or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of Estimated Cost, or One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. - For Commercial Kitchen equipment: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of Estimated Cost, or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of Estimated Cost, or One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. - For Electric Vehicle charger: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of Estimated Cost, or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of Estimated Cost, or One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. - For Audio Video system: One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. - For LAN and Wi-fi system: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of Estimated Cost, or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of Estimated Cost, or One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. - For On Grid Solar PV system: Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of Estimated Cost, or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of Estimated Cost, or One similar work each of value not less than 80% of Estimated Cost. Additionally, for "SITC of Access Control System," the required experience is as follows: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost, which is ₹ 9,644,185.69. - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the Estimated Cost, which is ₹ 14,466,278.04. - One similar work each of value not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost, which is ₹ 19,288,849.84. The bidder should also have experience in executing similar works, with specific requirements for associate agencies, including valid licenses, registrations, and successful completion of works of a certain value during the last 7 years. The required experience for personnel includes: - Graduate Engineer with 20 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Graduate Engineer with 12 years of experience as a Deputy Project Manager. - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 or 10 years of experience as a Project/Site Engineer.

The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is that the contractor should be a CPWD enlisted contractor of appropriate class in B & R category.
