The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works, including at least one completed work costing not less than Rs. 23,14,60,550. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For EPC tenders, the bidder should have experience in at least 4 out of 7 specified E&M components and at least 2 out of 4 specified civil components. The bidder should also have experience in water proofing and shaded parking. If the bidder does not have adequate experience, they can associate with a contractor having requisite experience, with the associated contractor's experience considered if they have completed a work with a cost of the structural system not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder's own experience should include works executed in India only. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 20% of the estimated cost put to tender for the associated contractor's experience to be considered. The separate cost of the structural system, if not available, will be taken as 30% of the completed cost of the project/work.
