The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For CCTV System: - One work of financial value not less than Rs. 4.22 lacs - OR two works each of financial value not less than Rs. 3.16 lacs - OR three works each of financial value not less than Rs. 2.11 lacs * For DG SET: - One work of financial value not less than Rs. 4.66 lacs with capacity of 80% of individual DG Set - OR two works each of financial value not less than Rs. 3.50 lacs with capacity of 80% of individual DG Set - OR three works each of financial value not less than Rs. 2.33 lacs with capacity of 80% of individual DG Set * For Electrical Sub station: - One work of financial value not less than Rs. 19.04 lacs - OR two works each of financial value not less than Rs. 14.28 lacs - OR three works each of financial value not less than Rs. 9.52 lacs * For Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguisher System: - One work of financial value not less than Rs. 22.28 lacs - OR two works each of financial value not less than Rs. 16.71 lacs - OR three works each of financial value not less than Rs. 11.14 lacs The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must undertake that eligible similar works have not been executed through another contractor on a back-to-back basis.
