Description 1. Central Philippines State University, Through The 2024 Special Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Pesos Only (₱20,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Design And Build Contract For The Construction Of The Graduate School Building (phase 1)/2024-074-01bid. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Central Philippines State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Three Hundred (300) Days And Shall Commence From The Date Of The Issuance Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. The Eligibility Of Design And Build Contractors Shall Be Based On Provisions Of Annex ‘g’, Irr / R.a. No. 9184, Including Legal, Technical And Financial Requirements. In The Technical Requirements, The Design And Build Contractor [ As In Solo Or In Joint Venture/ Consortia] Should Be Able To Comply With The Experience Requirement Under The Irr/ R.a. No. 9184, Where One (1) Of The Parties [ In A Joint Venture/ Consortia] Should Have Completed At Least One (1) Similar Project, Over The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Bid Submission, Both In Design And Build, With At Least 50% Of The Cost Of The Abc Of The Project. The Joint Venture/ Consortia Contractor Must Also Submit Class ‘a’ And Class ‘b’ Documents. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 5. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Central Philippines State University And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm From Monday To Friday. 6. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On November 14, 2024, From The Given Address And Website(s) Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (₱ 25,000.00).
