The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Three works of similar nature, each costing not less than the amount equal to 20% of the estimated cost put to tender. The values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - 25% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work - 20% of the estimated cost put to tender for three works of similar nature Bidders are required to submit a Copy of work order and Work Completion Certificate indicating value and period of work, issued by the employer against the Experience of similar work. The cost of previous completed work(s) shall be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them at the current price level.
