The Requirement Is For Maintenance And Support For Ohso’s Four (4) Tom Manikins. This Requirement Is For Ossam’s Occupational Health And Safety Office (ohso)located In Atlanta, Ga. Ohso Needs Maintenance And Warranty Support Services For Four (4) Of Their Current Tactical Operation Training Dummies, Or Tom Manikins In Order To Maintain Proper Training Inventory And Operations. The Contractor Shall Provide A 12-month Warranty For Each Manikin To Include The Option To Continue Services In Four 12-month Option Periods. In Addition, The Contractor Shall Provide The Following: annual On-site Technician Visit includes All Travel Expenses. 2. Complete System Inspection, Validation, And Function Checks comprehensive Evaluation Of The System's Operational Integrity. 3. Software Upgrades main Control Box north American Rescue Simulation (nars) Tablet audio System 4. Component Inspections upper Airway, Lungs, Head, And Neck Assemblies 5. Upgraded Tension Pneumothorax System installation And Verification Of The Latest Tension Pneumothorax Components. 6. Basic On-site Repairs immediate Repairs For Any Minor Issues Found During The Inspection. 7. Refresher Training (2.5 Hours) provided Upon Request To Ensure Users Are Up-to-date With The System's Operation. 8.
