The Odyssey F Has 2 Solid State Lasers Onboard And Can Be Configured With 4. They Can Be Turned On Or Off With The Click Of A Button But Cannot Be Removed Which Is An Easier And Less Complicated Option. this Contract Action Is For Supplies For Which The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source Under The Authority Of Far 13.106-1(b) (sap) And 10 U.s.c. 2304(c)(1).
