The Roche Cobas 5800 Instrument Is Necessary To Provide Hiv-1 Viral Load And Hiv-1/hiv-2 Early Infant Diagnosis Testing Support, Guidance, And Training To The Many Pepfar-supported Field Laboratories With These Roche Instruments. Roche Is The Sole Manufacturer, Distributor, Cobas 5800 System. These Supplies Are Proprietary To The Manufacturer And There Are No Authorized Resellers And Are Only Availble Through Roche Diagnostics Corporation. this Contract Action Is For Supplies Or Services For Which The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source Under The Authority Of Far 13.106-1(b) (sap) And 10 U.s.c. 2304(c)(1).
