Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Of Each Project Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Doh Cl Chd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Minimum Category Requirement As Required. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
