If The Service Provider Fails To Satisfactorily Deliver/perform The Services Within The Period Of One (1) To Five (5) Working Days After The Applicant Takes The Examination, The Boi Shall Impose Liquidated Damages At Least Equal To One-tenth Of One Percent (.001) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Day Of Delay Until Actual Delivery Or Performance.
