The project involves the construction of a new administration building for Hessen3c in Wiesbaden. Specialist planning of electrical, communications, security, IT and elevator systems (kg440/450/460) The project involves the construction of a new administration building for Hessen3c on the state-owned property in Wiesbaden. The use to be accommodated is an administrative building with high security requirements. The state requirement to accommodate this is a total of around 33,700 m² gross floor area, including a 2-storey underground car park. The use of the planned new building is spread over six full floors above ground and a 7th storey in the north-eastern part of the building. The two basement floors of the new building, which extend almost to the property boundary, serve as an underground car park and building services. A total of four stairwell cores are planned to connect the upper floors to one another and to ensure evacuation. A flexible axis grid of 1.35 m was chosen for the administrative building. The new building is planned to be constructed using reinforced concrete and is intended to demonstrate innovative approaches to sustainability in terms of building services. The requirements to be complied with from the guidelines and guidelines of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) result in special quality requirements for the entire building. The schedule provides for the following expected key points, among others: Start of planning = December 29, 2025 Start of construction = October 8, 2029 Completion = September 3, 2032 Start of commissioning phase = July 12, 2032 Handover date to users = February 18, 2033
