To this end, it is to be converted into a mixed-use development that grants the public access to the building. The ground floor is to be converted into a multifunctional room in which a tea kitchen is to be housed. Events or small concerts are to be held there in the future. Office space for the town of Bad Camberg is to be set up on the first floor and in the attic. An extension is to be planned on the northwest side of the building ("garden side"), in which an elevator and sanitary facilities are to be housed. To ensure accessibility, the elevator should be able to access all floors. As part of the planning, it must also be checked whether parking for 1-2 cars can be provided in the basement.
