Les Différentes Commandes Viseront : - Soit Le Dépannage D’une Installation De Chauffage Ou D’un Chauffe-eau Fonctionnant Au Gaz, D’un Convecteur Gaz, D’une Ventilation Ou D’un Adoucisseur. - Soit L’entretien Des Installations De Chauffage Et Des Chauffe-eaux Fonctionnant Au Gaz Ainsi Que Des Convecteurs Gaz, Des Ventilations Et Adoucisseurs. Les Quantités Qui Seront Commandées Ne Sont Pas Connues Avec Précision Lors De La Passation Du Marché. En Effet, Au Moment De La Rédaction Des Conditions Du Présent Marché, La Maison Des Hommes N'est Pas En Mesure De Définir Avec Précision Les Quantités De Prestations Dont Elle Aura Besoin. Le Nombre D’entretiens Pour Les Chaudières Indiqué À L’inventaire Récapitulatif Pourra Augmenter Ou Diminuer Au Cours Du Marché En Fonction Du Nombre De Chaudières Existantes (enlèvement En Raison De La Démolition Du Logement, Placement Car Chaudière Inexistante, Remplacement Car Ancienne Défectueuse, …). Il En Va De Même Pour Le Groupe De Froid Ciat Et Du Groupe De Pulsion Et D’extraction Gp Ge Lemens. A L’heure Actuelle, Ils Sont Deux Mais Leur Quantité Pourrait Augmenter. Les Dépannages Seront Quant À Eux Commandés En Fonction Des Besoins De La Société, Il Est Donc Impossible De Prévoir Leur Nombre.
