Cette Étape De Densification Peut Être Scindée En 2 Phases : • La Première, Le Déliantage, Consiste À Éliminer De Manière Progressive Les Liants Organiques Présents Dans La Pièce Au Sortir De L’imprimante. En Effet, La Cohésion Des Matériaux Poudreux Utilisés Dans L’imprimante N’est Possible Qu’au Travers De L’utilisation De Liants Organiques. Ceux-ci Doivent Être Éliminés Pour Obtenir Une Pièce Exempte De Composés Organiques. Cette Étape Est Délicate Car Elle Vise La Décomposition Des Liants Organiques En Produits Gazeux Sous L’effet De Température En Présence D’air (dioxyde De Carbone). En Fonction Des Matériaux Traités (céramiques Ou Métaux), Il Est Utile De Réaliser Ces Traitements À Des Températures Importantes (1200°c Et 3000°c) Et Sous Des Atmosphères Particulières, Soit Inerte, (argon/azote), Soit Réductrice (hydrogène), Pour Éviter L’oxydation Des Pièces (aluminium, Titane, Acier, Carbure, Nitrures, …).
