Description 1 Lot Procurement Soil Investigation *proposed Establishment Of Csu College Of Medicine *scope Of Work: *soil Boring -shall Drill The Soil To A Depth 15 Meters Depth. Soil Samples Will Be Obtained At An Interval Not Exceeding 1.5 Meters Using Standard Split Spoon Sampler And Double Tube Core Barrel For Rock Cores. -in Soft Cohesive Layer, Shelby Tube Sampler Will Obtain The Undisturbed Sample. When Rock, Boulder Or Gravel Layer Formations Are Encountered Coring Shall Be Performed With Each Sampling. Complete Boring Log Shall Be Made By Our Field Engineer, And This Will Include The Depth And Identification Of Samples Obtained, Spt Values, And Percent Recovered, Water Level Measurement During The Time And At The End Of Drilling. *laboratory Testing -laboratory Testing In Accordance With The Standard Requirements And Procedures Shall Be Performed On The Soil Samples Obtained To Ascertain The Type Of Soil Encountered And To Determine A Sound Economic Design Criteria For The Proposed Structure. *report Geotechnical Report Shall Be Submitted To The Client After The Completion Of Field Works And Laboratory Testing. The Report Shall Contain The Following: Description Of The Work, Subsoil Findings (type Of Soil Materials Vs. Spt Blow Count), Laboratory Test Results, Recommendation On Appropriate Foundation Type, Soil Bearing Capacity Up To 2.5m Width And Up To 2.5m/3.0m Embedment Depth For Shallow Foundation Based On Around 25mm Settlement, Pile Resistance Parameters And Axial Pile Capacity For Deep Foundation, Recommendation On Appropriate Soil Improvement If Necessary, Seismic Parameters And Range Of Values Of Geotechnical Parameters For The Corresponding Soil Profile.
