Payment Shall Be Made Upon Complete Delivery And Commissioned Per Call – Off. Necessary Documents Are Required In Compliant With Auditing Rules And Regulations. 11 Validity Of The Contract. Without Prejudice To The Provision Of Applicable Laws, Rules And Guidelines, The Contract Shall Be Automatically Terminated Under The Following Conditions: A. When The Total Quantity Specified In The Contract Has Been Exhausted; Or B. For Justifiable Reason Ground Where The Contract Will Not Redound To The Benefit Of The Government Or There Is Violation Of The Contract. 12 General Conditions. The Crh Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Bidder Must Have Completed A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc Or Its Aggregated Contract. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
