Failure To Comply Shall Be Ground For Post-disqualification. The Procuring Entity Shall Require The Bidder To Deliver A Product Sample Or Demo To Caraga Regional Hospital Vicinity, Or To Undergo A Site Visit To The Nearest Hospital. Additionally, The Procuring Entity May Have Preferences Regarding How This Hospital Can Find Reliable And Easily Accessible Procedures During The Post-qualification Phase. Consequently, During This Phase, The Bidder Must Always Be Ready To Comply With Any Requirements Or Standards Made By The Procuring Entity. This Procurement Is A Lot Bid. Validity Of The Contract Without Prejudice To The Provision Of Applicable Laws, Rules And Guidelines, The Contract Shall Be Automatically Terminated Under The Following Conditions: A.
