Terms Of Reference: Terms Of Delivery: One Time Delivery, 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed Terms Of Payment. Payment Shall Be Made Upon Complete Delivery. Necessary Documents Are Required In Compliance With Auditing Rules And Regulations. Post-qualification The Bidder Shall Comply The Post-qualification Requirements Set By The Procuring Entity Especially During Product Demonstration Or Requiring For A Product Sample On A Given Schedules. Failure To Comply Shall Be Ground For Post-disqualification. The Procuring Entity May Require The Bidder To Deliver A Product Sample Or Demo To Caraga Regional Hospital Vicinity, Or To Undergo A Site Visit To The Nearest Hospital. Additionally, The Procuring Entity May Have Preferences Regarding How This Hospital Can Find Reliable And Easily Accessible Procedures During The Post-qualification Phase. Consequently, During This Phase, The Bidder Must Always Be Ready To Comply With Any Requirements Or Standards Made By The Procuring Entity. This Procurement Is A Partial Bid. Validity Of The Contract Without Prejudice To The Provision Of Applicable Laws, Rules And Guidelines, The Contract Shall Be Automatically Terminated Under The Following Conditions: A. When The Total Quantity Specified In The Contract Has Been Exhausted; Or B. For Any Justifiable Reason Ground Where The Contract Will Not Redound To The Benefit Of The Government Or There Is Violation Of The Contract. Repeat Order: 1. No Repeat Order For An Item In Contract Being Awarded Shall Be Allowed Until After The Procuring Entity Has Exhausted The Estimated Quantity For The Same Item Specified Therein Or After The Contract Has Expired, Whichever Comes First, And Subject To The Conditions Provided In Section 51 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr. For This Purpose, The Repeat Order Shall Be Availed Of Only Within Six (6) Months From The Date Of The Last Of Final Delivery Order Contract For A Specific Item Where The Estimated Quantity Has Been Exhausted, Or The Expiration Of The Contract. 2.
