Expected Maintenance Services: Regular technical inspections of the system hardware and software: Checking the installation, checking the arrangement and fastening of all monitoring equipment, checking the correct operation, adjustment and cleaning of the equipment, ongoing diagnostics and repairs resulting from maintenance activities and failures. Software Updates and Implementation of New Functions (if Available), Proposals for Modification of Installed Devices in terms of the security measures used, Quick Intervention in the event of Emergency Situations, Availability of Technical Support up to 3 Days from the date of reporting the problem, Service Once a Quarter. The Ordering Party intends to conclude a Contract for a Year. Payment for the Service will be settled each month and will include the service of the functioning monitoring system. Repairs of devices and installations going beyond repairs resulting from current maintenance and installation of additional devices will be settled on the basis of an additional order. Please submit an offer including: A one-off price for delivery and installation together with the configuration of the transmitter, radio link, remote controls/anti-attack buttons for all locations in total, a monthly subscription fee for the readiness to operate the intervention patrol (total for all locations), the price for one driveway of the intervention group, Security Employee's Man-Hour Rate (applies to the Service of Stationing a One-Person Patrol in a Company Car). The Ordering Party intends to conclude an Agreement for a minimum of half a year.
