The Capiz State University, Through The General Appropriation Act 2024 & 2023 Continuing Intends To Apply The Sum Of Lot 1 – Animal Feeds Of Capsu Central-rde Lrdc (php 999,958.00) (gaa – 2024) Lot 2 – Animal Feeds Of Capsu Dumarao Satellite College (php 960,000.00) (gaa 2023 Continuing) Total: Php 1,959,958.00 Note: • Submission Of Documents Is By Lot. 1 Original Copy And 2 Certified Copies Each Lot. Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Animal Feeds Of Capsu Central-rde Lrdc And Dumarao Satellite College. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days For Lot 1 And Lot 2. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
