Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of It Equipment Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus Ib No. 2024-01-0005 1. The Capiz State University, Through The Internally Generated Fund And Trust Related Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Lot 1 – It Equipment Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus (php 500,750.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 2 – It Equipment Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus (php 170,000.00) (trf – 2024) Total: Php 670,750.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of It Equipment Of Capsu Roxas Main Campus. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
