Initially For A One (1) Year Term With The Ability To Renew Annually, At A Total Value Of $69,000.00 ($45,000.00 Implementation Fee, Annual License Fee $24,000.00) Arcori Inc 101 North Syndicate Avenue, Suite 400 Thunder Bay, Ontario P7c 3v4 Crhc Has Chosen Not To Proceed With A Competitive Process For The Following Reason: • The Goods Or Services Can Be Supplied Only By The Selected Supplier And No Alternative Or Substitute Exists For The Following Reason: (a) The Property Management Software Is Specifically Designed For Social Housing Organizations (b) The Vendor Has An Exclusive Partnership With The Bc Non-profit Housing Association Vendors Who Wish To Challenge This Decision Should Submit A Detailed Written Objection For The Attention Of Hans Rodinger, Manager Housing And Business Development, By Email Before 2:00pm Pacific Time, 20/september/2024.
