Details: Title: Framework Agreement For The Hire Of Coffee Machines And The Procurement Of Accompanying Consumables.
description: The Main Objective Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Ministry Community's Need For The Hire And Purchase Of Coffee Machines With The Accompanying Consumables For Break Rooms, Tea Kitchens, Communal Areas Etc. It Is Also Desirable To Have An Option On A Daily Service Contract. A Total Need Is Expected For The Hire Of 130-150 Coffee Machines Over A Period Of 4 Years. In Addition, Some Need For Machinery Is Expected To Arise During The Agreement Period. Emphasis Is Put On The Fact That The Estimated Number Of Machines Is Unclear, As During The Contract Period Several Of The Ministries Will Change Their Location In Connection With Moving Into The New Government Quarter. The Relocation Will Mean That Several Ministries Will Have A Change In The Number And What Type Of Coffee Machines They Need. The Need For A Daily Service Agreement Is Expected To Be Limited To A Few Ministries, And There Are Currently 4 Ministries That Use This. Note That The Need For Daily Service Contracts Will Decrease During The Contract Period, As In The Long Term This Shall Be Included In The Service Provided By The Canteen Supplier. The Contracting Authority Will Be Obliged To Procure Coffee Beans, Cocoa/chocolate Powder And Milk Powder From The Tenderer For Use On The Machines That Are Hired Under This Agreement. Description: Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (construction work) Electrical installation at 5 school locations to implement the Digital Pact for Schools Electrical installation work to implement the "Digital Pact for Schools" at 5 school locations in the Wetterau district The Wetterau district is the sponsor of the schools in the district and is responsible, among other things, for new construction, conversion and expansion measures, as well as for school IT and facilities. The "Digital Pact for Schools" is intended to create the conditions on a technical level to use digital media in educational work and to impart the digital competence required for students' professional futures. As part of the "Digital Pact for Schools in Hesse", the network infrastructure and electrical installations are being renewed and expanded at various school locations in the Wetterau district. The tender covers the implementation of individual projects at the school locations in the Wetterau district to expand and renew existing electrical installations, adapted to the current requirements of the network infrastructure. The aim is to develop a high-performance and comprehensive WiFi network, taking into account the existing IT infrastructure. As part of the continuous expansion of the IT equipment of the schools in the Wetterau district and with the help of the federal and state of Hesse's "digital pact school" funding program, the network infrastructure at the school locations (with high-performance WiFi in accordance with the specifications and with structured data cabling) will be renewed, adapted and supplemented. The services are to be carried out at 5 defined school locations, which are located in the following towns in the Wetterau district: Lot 1: Bad Vilbel municipal school, sports hall + cafeteria (61118 Bad Vilbel) Lot 2: Johann-Philipp-Reis-School, Building B (61169 Friedberg) Lot 3: Philipp-Dieffenbach-School, Halle Am Seebach (61169 Friedberg) Lot 4: Augustinerschule, Haus Des Handwerks (61169 Friedberg) Lot 5: Otto-Dönges-School (63667 Nidda) The execution period begins immediately after the contract is awarded, probably from March 30, 2025, implementation by June 30, 2025 if possible, completion by July 31, 2025 at the latest. If necessary, the capacity of the assembly team must be increased in order to meet the time frame or performance target. The work to be carried out is primarily the extension and renewal of the network cabling (LAN) in classrooms, multi-purpose rooms (canteens, auditoriums, gymnasiums) and sports halls, as well as the construction and/or renewal of server and distribution cabinets, the construction and/or renewal of the infrastructure for the construction of wireless networks (WLAN) and the installation of interactive school boards (IAS) including the necessary cabling. Personnel qualifications and availability To carry out the individual projects, the permanent availability of at least 2 to 6 workers must be guaranteed, depending on the scope of the project. A 100% personnel reserve must be available at all times. It must be guaranteed that a senior construction manager with at least 15 years of experience is permanently on site. 5 years of professional experience on site at the construction site and who has a good command of the German language, both written and spoken. Morekf4-tga The subject of this procedure is the award of the specialist planning Tga consisting of the planning services for the technical equipment in system groups 1-6 and 7 (interfaces) as well as 8 (opt.) and other systems in accordance with Section 55 Hoai (lph 1-9). Kf4-tga The town of Pohlheim intends to renovate and expand the day care center at Fröbelstrasse 4 in the Garbenteich district (on the festival grounds). The building was constructed in 1968 as a three-group, one-story kindergarten and is still operated in this way today. The heating is supplied by the adjacent sports and cultural hall, as is the electricity connection. The existing washrooms are in need of renovation, but otherwise the buildings and rooms are in good condition. The facility is now to be brought up to a standard that meets current educational requirements and processes. This will include sleeping / differentiation rooms, storage rooms, a handicapped-accessible washing and toilet area, a new kitchen (cook and chill), an office with a parents' consultation room and a corresponding staff area. The existing washrooms will be removed from the existing building and completely rebuilt in the extension. The space gained will be used as a dining area (canteen). The daycare center will also now have four groups. The current multi-purpose room will be used as a group room, and a new multi-purpose room will be built in the extension. A lunch table will be offered. The plan for the extension is to build on the "triangular area" between the existing building and the fence to the north (Licher Straße). This area is rarely used as an outdoor play area and is therefore ideal for the extension. In the southern area, the existing differentiation room will be extended and an office for the management will be added. The existing daycare center has around 470 square meters and is to be extended by around 430 square meters. The extension is planned as a two-story building. The rooms on the upper floor are only intended for use by adults. Offices, meeting rooms, staff rooms, etc. are to be created here. The upper floor is connected to the ground floor by a staircase and an elevator. The group rooms not affected by the extension and conversion will be renovated once all other rooms have been completed. New floor coverings, wall painting and conversion to LED lighting are planned here. There is no development plan; this is a § 34 area. An architectural firm has already been commissioned to plan the building. The existing playground will remain largely untouched. An indicative soil report will still be commissioned, as will the preparation of an elevation plan. Public funding should be applied for - if possible. The relevant funding guidelines must be taken into account. When planning and implementing the daycare center, all relevant regulations, standards and guidelines in their most recent version must be observed. The guidelines, recommendations and rules for daycare centers from Dguv, Unfallkasse Hessen and the State of Hesse should also be taken into account. --- For the new building, specialist planning Tga is required, consisting of planning services for the technical equipment in system groups 1-6 and 7 (interfaces) and 8 (optional) and other systems in each of the service phases 1-9 in accordance with Section 53 FF Hoai Section 2 in conjunction with Appendix 15, estimated fee zone II, estimated chargeable costs in accordance with the Tga fee form, system groups 1-6 and 8 (optional) at the respective percentages, system group 7 in all service phases but pro rata at 10%, as only in interfaces, other technology in kg 490 and kg 550 in external systems also in all service phases. The individual services to be provided arise from the fee summary and the draft contract including appendices. --- The Ag's cost target for the entire daycare center across cost groups 300-700 is €2.6 million gross. This must be observed from now on and the agency must align its planning to ensure that this cost target is strictly adhered to.
