Objectives: When Allegations Of Employee Misconduct Arise, Csc Must Immediately Carry Out An Investigation, Provide A National Response And Take Action Within Short Timelines. To Ensure An Immediate Response And Impartiality, Independent Resources External To Csc Must Conduct These Investigations. Deliverables: The Deliverables The Contractor Must Provide As Part Of The Investigative Services, Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: 1. Progress Reports; 2. A Description Of The Incident And The Circumstances Surrounding It; 3. Statements From Persons Who Have Knowledge Of The Incident; 4. Identification And Documentation Of Any Of The Regulatory Framework(s) That Were Breached/violated; 5. Interview Notes; 6. Audio/visual Recordings; 7. Physical Evidence; 8. Draft And Final Version(s) Of The Disciplinary Investigation Report; In Addition, Csc May Request That The Contractors Assist With Preparations For Adjudication Hearings Or Other Administrative/judicial Proceedings Associated With An Investigation, Such As The Public Service Labour Relations Board. Expected Sa Period: The Period For Awarding Contracts Under The Supply Arrangement Is From: Date Of Issuance To Five (5) Years Later. The Period For Awarding Contracts Under The Sa Begins On The Start Date Of The Sa.
