To Begin To Meet This Need, The University Intends To Design And Construct Three (3) New Student Housing Projects At The Current North Mountain And K-2 Parking Sites And Renovate Six (6) Existing Residential Halls At The Current South Maintain Site. presently, The Intent Is To Use A Phased Approach For Three New Construction Projects And Six Renovation Projects Over The Course Of The Ten-year Program, Starting Design In January 2024. Projects Would Be Completed Strategically To Reduce The Impact To Campus Life And Allow For Students To Continue With No Interruption. preliminary Design-build Cost Estimates For The Three New Housing Projects Range From $175m To $275m Each, With The Six Renovation Projects Ranging From $24m To $31m Each.
