The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighteen Million One Thousand Four Hundred Eight Pesos And Forty Centavos (18,001,408.40) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Epa For The Supply And Delivery Of Sutures Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
