The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 5,350,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Epa For The “supply, Delivery And Commissioning Of Various Medical Equipment For Bucas Center- Amulung.” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
